Conditions of Use

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the xc99 website, mobile site, applications, and all associated digital services operated under the domain xc99.io.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, including the player's wallet, transaction history, bonus records, and profile information.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an Account on the Platform and uses any service offered by xc99.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player from their own personal financial accounts and held in the Player's xc99 wallet, excluding any bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins value, cashback credits, or other incentive funds credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed before Bonus Balance may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process required by xc99 before processing withdrawals or investigating account disputes.
• "Taka" / "৳" / "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole currency used for all financial transactions on the Platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone used for all operational and contractual time references on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any country, state, or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law or by xc99's internal policy.

Your use of the xc99 Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement and any additional terms, rules, or policies published on the Platform from time to time, including the xc99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

This Agreement is effective from the date on which you first register an Account or, if earlier, from the first date on which you access the Platform in any manner. xc99 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time in accordance with Section 13. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the Platform. xc99 enforces this minimum age restriction rigorously. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 at the time of registration will have their Account permanently closed, all deposits returned to the original payment method, and any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited in full. 21+

3.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

The xc99 Platform is designed for and marketed to adult players residing in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. xc99 does not accept Players from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law. By registering, you confirm that your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you.

3.3 Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a unique email address. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any of this information changes.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal information, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. xc99 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit any balances held in those Accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

3.5 Identity Verification

xc99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, when investigating a suspected breach of this Agreement, or at any time xc99 deems appropriate for compliance purposes. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladesh passport, or a valid Bangladesh driving licence. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by xc99 may result in the suspension or closure of the Account.

4.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xc99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. xc99 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as authorised by you and you will bear full responsibility for any resulting losses.

4.2 Suspicious Activity

If you believe that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify xc99 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. xc99 will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

xc99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion if xc99 reasonably believes that:

• the Account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement;
• the Account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes;
• the Account holder is under the minimum age of 21;
• the Account holder has provided false or misleading registration information;
• closure is required to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory requirement;
• the Account holder has engaged in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards xc99 staff.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Player, any Bonus Balance and wagering-locked funds may be forfeited. Real Money Balance not subject to an active investigation will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

4.4 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting xc99 support. Before closing your Account, xc99 will process any pending withdrawals in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures. Players who have self-excluded under the Responsible Gaming Policy may not re-open a closed Account until the applicable exclusion period has expired.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

xc99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of the deposit and possible Account suspension.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on the xc99 Platform is ৳500. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit; however, individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may apply their own daily or monthly transaction limits. Players are responsible for understanding the limits imposed by their chosen payment provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used by the Player for their most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. To process a withdrawal, the following conditions must all be satisfied:

• KYC identity verification must be fully completed and approved;
• the Player's Real Money Balance must meet or exceed the minimum withdrawal threshold;
• any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Balance must be fully satisfied;
• no fraud investigation or Account review is currently active on the Account.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

For verified Accounts, bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during operational hours (BST). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. xc99 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems, or other factors outside xc99's direct control.

5.5 Transaction Fees

xc99 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank) may apply their own service fees or transfer charges. xc99 has no control over and accepts no liability for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

xc99 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution percentages will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bets placed on games that contribute less than 100% to wagering requirements will count proportionally.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

xc99 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Strategies or behaviours determined by xc99 to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, collusion between Accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional structures — will result in the cancellation of all related bonus balances and may result in permanent Account closure.

6.4 Promotional Eligibility

xc99 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where the Player is suspected of bonus abuse, has previously violated this Agreement, or where participation would conflict with any legal or compliance requirement applicable to xc99.

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the xc99 Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. xc99 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to understand the rules of a game.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports bets placed on the xc99 sportsbook are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market, published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the case of ambiguity regarding a sporting event result, xc99's determination of the outcome shall be final and binding.

7.3 Void Bets

xc99 reserves the right to void any bet where the bet was placed using funds derived from a technical error or system fault, where the odds or game outcome was clearly erroneous due to a technical malfunction, or where the bet is suspected to have been placed in breach of this Agreement. Any winnings derived from a voided bet will be reversed from the Player's Account.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each game and market on the Platform and are displayed within the game or betting interface. xc99 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xc99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate any feature of the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's code or game software;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activities;
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts for any purpose;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identification or payment information;
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or cancel any deposit after it has been used to place bets;
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without their permission;
• Engaging in any activity designed to disrupt, overload, or damage the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

xc99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. xc99 provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through the Player's Account settings or by contacting xc99 support.

Players who feel that their gambling may be becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to make use of the self-exclusion facility, which prevents access to the Account for a defined period. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

xc99 applies a minimum age of 21 years to all products and services on the Platform and uses identity verification to enforce this requirement. Players are reminded that gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be used as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses. All content on the xc99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of xc99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

The xc99 brand name, logo, and associated trade marks are proprietary to xc99. You may not use any xc99 trade mark without prior written consent from xc99.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xc99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if xc99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

xc99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, that the Platform will be free from errors or technical faults, or that any technical fault will be corrected within a specific time frame. xc99 will make reasonable efforts to restore service following any interruption but accepts no liability for losses incurred by Players as a result of Platform unavailability.

In all circumstances where xc99's liability is established under applicable law, xc99's total aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by that Player to xc99 in the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xc99 collects, processes, stores, and uses Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at xc99.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to xc99's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

xc99 implements 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Player financial data, identity documents, and account credentials are stored in secure, access-controlled systems. xc99 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment providers, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary for the performance of this Agreement.

xc99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where a material change is made to the Agreement, xc99 will provide reasonable notice to Players by publishing the updated terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Players via the email address associated with their Account.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and in the hero section of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact xc99 support to request Account closure.

This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with generally recognised principles of online gaming contract law. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement or your use of the xc99 Platform shall in the first instance be referred to xc99's internal dispute resolution process by submitting a formal complaint to [email protected].

xc99 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours (BST) and aim to provide a full response within 14 days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed-upon independent arbitration body before resorting to any court proceedings.

xc99 aims to respond to all written enquiries within 48 hours during standard operational periods. Response times may be longer during major sporting events, public holidays (including Eid, Durga Puja, and Victory Day), and periods of high platform traffic.
